I earned my massage therapy license and Neuromuscular Therapy (NMT) certification from Sarasota School of Massage. I specialize in therapeutic massage combining Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, and Sports Massage techniques, with Bamboo Fusion or Gua Sha, providing a tailored experience best suited to the needs and comfort level of each client.
Other than massage, I love meditation, learning new things, and spending time in nature with my family and our long haired Chihuahua.
